Prices

All prices are shown in euro and include VAT. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. No further charges are added by us.

Customs duties or import taxes on deliveries outside the European Union are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Preorders

Records sold before pressing are preorders. This means:

• Payment is taken in full at checkout.
• Your payment contributes directly to manufacturing the record.
• Manufacturing timelines can move. If the expected date changes, you will be told directly by email, with the reason.

Placing an order

Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email. That email is your record of the contract; please keep it.

If we cannot fulfil an order — for example if an item is no longer available — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Digital downloads

Where an order includes a digital download, it is made available immediately after purchase. See refunds and cancellation for how this affects your right to cancel.

Limited editions

Where an edition is described as limited to a stated number, that number is the total made. Once they are gone, that edition is not produced again.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. As a consumer you keep the protections of the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence.
